Strict 48 hours.

A minimum of 48hrs notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to attend an appointment with less than 48hrs notice of cancellation will incur the charge for the full appointment. If you are needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment that is booked for a Monday, the cut off time is 3pm on Friday afternoon.

Please cancel as soon as possible if a foreseeable event is likely to prevent you from attending, for example, illness or adverse weather conditions. If you need to cancel your appointment at short notice (less than 48 hours) and it is due to a situation that I am aware of, then we shall discuss the cost implications on a case by case basis.

If you have not notified me as to why you can not or did not attend the appointment, you will not be booked in for a further appointment.

If you are in need of rescheduling rather than a cancellation, you will need to re-book the appointment within the next 28 days; you still however, will be charged a cancellation fee if this is done less that 48 hours before your appointment. All cancellations or rescheduled appointments need to be sent through via email, I will then confirm the receipt of the cancellation and strive to re-book a more suitable appointment time.

It is very important to me that you are able to fit having treatments within your schedules, so all of the above is to ensure that you are receiving the upmost care and respect as a client of mine.
